Our latest project

End customer: ALUAR Aluminio Argentino

Project Description: The project consisted in the design and supply of gas treatment center for the pot's off-gas. It was carried out in two stages due to the customer's schedule and it was organized as a consortium between different business units of the technology provider (ALSTOM). The Brazilian unit provided most of the detailed engineering and part of the basic engineering, and the Norwegian unit provided the process and basic engineering and the filter bags, control systems and dust handling equipment. The local supplies included induced draft fans with its motors, steelworks, piping and accesories, filter cages.

Our Services: For this project we managed the complete local scope. That included contacting the customer to assess the real needs of the project and later on, during the manufacturing and erection phases, a fluid relationship with them that allowed us to adapt to the project changes and solve the problems that arised. We had also a very solid relationship with both ALSTOM units that helped us keep all the project issues under control.

We also were in charge of the procurement of the local equipment, the expediting of the selected suppliers and the quality inspection according to the agreed quality plan, and the delivery logistics coordination.
